Somatic Integrative Healing
Shamanic Journey Work, Medical Intuition & EFT
Since 2012, Molly has studied with the Foundation for Shamanic Studies, the Sacred Stream, Sandra Ingerman, and the Plant Spirit Medicine tradition. This ongoing training allows her to bring Applied Shamanic Journey work into sessions — giving clients another powerful tool for spiritual healing, alongside the more familiar territory of acupuncture and Chinese medicine.
An Ancient Path to Healing
Shamanism is one of humanity’s oldest healing traditions, practiced in some form across nearly every culture on earth. At its core, it’s a way of connecting to the spirit world and to one’s own authentic self — a path back to wholeness. Whether you’re facing something large or something quietly persistent, shamanic work can offer a deeper connection to the earth, to your own healing process, and to your innate sense of personal empowerment.
Molly weaves this ancient wisdom together with the equally ancient wisdom of Chinese Medicine, drawing on her medical intuitive training to sense where a client’s healing is being blocked — and using Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and tapping to help clear that block and open the way forward.
Medical Intuition
Molly completed a 200-hour training program with The Practical Path in Medical Intuition, including 60 hours of hands-on practicum reading clients. This training gave her a comprehensive Medical Intuitive Assessment technique — a way of scanning not just the physical body, but the emotional, mental, and spiritual layers underneath it that so often shape our health.
This work also deepened her understanding of the soul’s path, and how we’re each able to actively participate in shaping it. From this place, Molly applies Shamanic Healing principles to work directly with the body’s energy systems and the spirit level — supporting healing that reaches into both the physical and mental realms.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
Molly is trained in Emotional Freedom Technique, a tapping practice that helps release emotion and stored energy from the body’s meridian systems. Pain and trauma don’t always stay in our conscious memory — often, they settle into the body itself, held in the somatic system long after the original moment has passed.
EFT works by combining gentle tapping on specific acupressure points — many of the same points used in acupuncture — with focused attention on a feeling, memory, or belief that’s ready to shift. As you tap through these points while naming what’s present for you, the practice is thought to send a calming signal to the amygdala, the brain’s alarm center, helping to interrupt the stress response that keeps old pain on a loop. Over time and repetition, this can help “unlock” emotional charge from a memory, so it no longer carries the same grip it once did.
Because it works directly with the body’s energy pathways rather than relying on talk alone, EFT can be especially helpful for the kinds of pain that feel hard to put into words — the tightness in your chest, the knot in your stomach, the flinch that shows up before you even know why. Clients often use it for:
- Anxiety and racing or intrusive thoughts
- Stored trauma and PTSD symptoms
- Chronic stress and overwhelm
- Limiting beliefs and self-criticism
- Grief and difficult life transitions
- Physical tension connected to emotional holding patterns
EFT offers a gentle, powerful way to help that stored energy move — freeing you to live more fully and freely in the present. In sessions, Molly often weaves EFT together with acupuncture, medical intuitive reading, and shamanic work, using whichever combination best supports what’s ready to be released.
Ketamine-Assisted Journey Work
Have you tried everything to overcome depression, anxiety, or trauma-related symptoms — without relief, or with side effects you simply couldn’t tolerate? Do you feel stuck? If so, ketamine-assisted journey work may be worth exploring.
This is a different approach than the IV ketamine treatments offered in many clinical settings. Instead of receiving ketamine intravenously in a sterile, medicalized environment, this work is offered individually, without an IV, in a warm and comfortable space — with carefully chosen music and gentle guidance when it’s needed.
With a nursing background and 20 years of experience supporting individualized health journeys, Molly uses ketamine as a tool to help clients understand themselves more deeply, decrease anxiety, and move through the blocks that have kept them stuck.
Who Can Benefit
- Adults experiencing anxiety, depression, or other mental health stress
- Adults with symptoms related to traumatic stress
What’s Included
Sessions may draw on any of the following, depending on what each client needs:
- Ketamine-Assisted Journey (KAJ) work
- Nutrition, supplementation, and herbal medicine
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach
- Shamanic tools and exercises
- Acupuncture and energy work
What Is Ketamine?
Ketamine was developed in the 1960s and has long been used, at higher doses, as a surgical anesthetic for both children and adults. It has also seen use on the battlefield as an effective pain medication. In recent years, ketamine has been used “off-label” — a designation from the FDA — for psychiatric conditions that haven’t responded well to more conventional treatments, like medication or psychotherapy alone.
For many people, ketamine has offered rapid, sometimes immediate relief from symptoms of major depression, including suicidal thoughts. That said, results vary from person to person — some need only a few sessions, while others benefit from ongoing maintenance sessions to sustain their progress. As with any modality, ketamine-assisted work isn’t a magic bullet on its own. A client’s ongoing personal work — lifestyle changes, integration, and reflection between sessions — plays a central role in how effective the process is, and how long its benefits last.
The Transformational Journey Experience
An 8–12 week program, totaling roughly 25 hours of transformational work:
- 4 sessions without medicine (1.5 hours each) — preparation and integration
- 6 Ketamine-Assisted Therapy sessions with medicine (3 hours each)
Every session incorporates what’s needed from the following, tailored to you:
- Acupuncture
- Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) tapping, to help move trauma held in the body’s meridians
- Shamanic techniques and Reiki
- IMAET frequency work, to help balance the body’s physical and emotional frequencies
- Herbal medicine, as needed
Structure & Requirements
- Medical clearance is required before beginning — this includes a psychiatric evaluation and a review of medical records
- Each Ketamine-Assisted session runs about 3 hours, including integration time connecting the medicine journey back to your last session and your broader path
- 6 KAJ sessions are recommended. Research shows this is the number most beneficial for building the new neural pathways that support lasting transformation and growth — typically spaced about one week apart
- 2 preparation sessions before, and 2 integration sessions after, the ketamine series are strongly encouraged to support the full arc of the work
